"They actually made me do the safety stuff first"
I kind of blame them for making me slow down a bit instead of just rushing through it. I had to answer health questions, upload my labs, and then the provider asked a couple follow-up questions. It actually made me feel like they were checking that it was safe for me before anything else. Overall, easy process.

The dosage info was really clear, which I appreciated a lot. I didn’t have to search around or sit there guessing how much to take lol. Everything was laid out in a simple way and was easy to understand. It made the whole thing feel way less stressful for me

The website was really simple to navigate, and the portal loaded quickly too, which is always a nice surprise. I was able to find my info without having to click around forever, that’s half the battle with these kinds of sites. Overall, it was smooth and easy

"Fine if You’re Not in a Hurry"
Shipping was decent, but definitely not the fastest. The tracking didn’t update right away, which was a little annoying, but the package did arrive safely in the end. Overall, I’d order again, but only if I wasn’t in a rush to get it.

"Scheduling was okay, but the rules were frustrating"
I was able to move my appointment, so that part worked out, but the better time slots were limited. What annoyed me more was how their scheduling policy seems to have these little loopholes where some times are technically available, but not really offered unless you fit certain conditions. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Easy Order and Refill"
Ordering was quick, and doing the refill wasn’t a big deal either. Basically, I just went through the steps, got the updates when they mattered, and didn’t have to chase anything down. No real hassle, which is all I was hoping for.

"Checkout was actually easy"
I was placing an order on valhallavitality.com and was kind of expecting the usual hassle at checkout, but it was surprisingly smooth. They had a few different payment options, so I didn’t have to go digging for another card or switch things around just to finish the order. It only took a minute, that made the whole experience a lot less annoying.

My order showed up in plain packaging with no weird labels or anything that would draw attention, which is exactly what I wanted. I know some people get picky about shipping, but it felt private and handled fine. It did take a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I’d say the treatment plan was fine overall. It did feel like some of it was tailored to me, which I appreciated, but based on what I expected, a few sections still came across generic. Support did respond when I reached out, but I was hoping for more detailed answers. Not a bad experience, just not quite as personalized as I thought it would be.

"Pharmacy mix-up got handled"
I had a little confusion with my pharmacy at the start, and I wasn’t sure where things had gotten stuck. Valhalla Vitality stepped in quickly though, knew who needed to be contacted, and kept me in the loop without me having to keep checking in, which was... really nice.
After that, everything got sent over the way it needed to and my order finally kept moving. Just felt good dealing with a team that actually follows up and doesn’t leave you guessing.

I ordered this after going back and forth on it for a couple days, mostly because I was already buying a few other things online that week. The package showed up fine, and the product does look real/authentic as far as I can tell. The quality is okay too, not bad or disappointing, but I also wouldn’t say it felt super impressive or anything. Shipping was normal, nothing too fast or too slow. Overall, I’m kind of in the middle on it.
